I grew up pulling things apart to see how they worked. Software was just the first thing I couldn't put back together, so I kept going until I could build something new from the pieces.

That's still how I work. When I needed a portfolio, I designed it. When I needed a CMS, I wrote one. When I wanted to direct music videos, I figured out the lighting rig on the day.

GKR Productions is the part of my work where the software and the visual stuff actually meet. Photo, video, events, commercial work. The whole thing runs on systems I built myself, which feels right.
